#COBRA POSE (#BHUJANGASANA): 

Sleep on your stomach with your hands touch and under your shoulders. As you inhale Lift your chest off the ground, keeping your elbows close to your body. Hold for 5-10 breaths.

#WIND-RELIEVING POSE (#PAWANMUKTASANA):

Sleep on your back with your legs extended. Bring your right knee to your chest and interlace your fingers around your shin. Hold your few breaths for a few seconds and then switch sides.
