BRISK WALKING:

BRISK Walking is an excellent low-intensity exercise. One can easily do a simple but effective exercise—plan for at least 30-45 minutes of brisk morning walking daily.

 

DANCING:

Dancing is enjoyable & less stressful way to burn calories. Do Jumba dance or turn on the music at home, and dance is a good cardio exercise.

 

NOTE: Exercise alone may not lead to significant weight loss. Exercise along with a healthy diet is needed for ultimate results. It is the rule to burn more calories than you consume to create a calorie deficit. So, combine these exercises with a healthy diet for the best weight loss results.
