Here are a few simple remedies you may try under the supervision of a Healthcare professional:

If the warmness of the cloth is down, then repeat the procedure. The warmth can soothe the pain and promote circulation, providing temporary relief.

     2. Olive Oil: If the ear pain is due to wax buildup, olive oil can help soften the wax and facilitate its       removal.

  1. Over-the-Counter Pain Relievers: Non-prescription OTC pain relievers available at medical shops. A registered Pharmacist may help in this first aid and temporarily relieve ear pain. But dosage instructions must follow on the packaging, and the advice of a healthcare professional is a must if you feel any concerns.

  1. Keep the Ear Dry: Moisture can exacerbate ear pain and prolong healing. Ensure that the affected ear remains dry by using a shower cap while bathing and avoiding swimming until the pain subsides.

  1. Relaxation: Resting and low-stress levels can aid the body’s healing process. Take time to relax, engage in activities that promote well-being, and avoid exposing your ears to loud noises or irritants.
